Warnings
- Before taking a route it is recommended to consult the active warnings on the website navarramedia.es.
- It is essential to bring plenty of water and food for all routes, especially in summer.
- The trails are shared with cyclists and horseback riders. Although as a hiker you have priority, it is important to treat others with courtesy and respect.
- Each hiker is responsible for his or her own safety. Be extremely prudent in your behavior.
- Allow the passing of livestock on all roads. Close the cattle gates that you find on your way and respect the existing fences. It is necessary to be extremely respectful of the fauna and flora: avoid making noises and shouting, do not pick up plants or flowers.
- Respect the environment and leave no waste. Leave the environment the same or better than you found it.
- If you are going out unaccompanied, leave notice of the route you are going to take. We recommend the use of GPS or load the track on your mobile phone always, even on marked trails.
- It is essential to bring plenty of water for all the routes, especially in summer.
- If you see hunting signs, please turn around and choose another path. Hunting is an important economic activity in the Zona Media (Middle Zone) and the coexistence between hikers and hunters for sport is important.
- Respect the existing signposting, both of the footpath network and of other routes. If you detect any fault or defect in the signposting, please report it using the form in the incidents section of the website navarramedia.es.
